In our first session we’ll get to know one another, discuss your overall vision for your health & what limiting beliefs you want to address in our time together. From there, we’ll formulate a goal-oriented plan to tackle the specific areas to focus on.

I will revolve our sessions around targeted strategies for implementing your goals. I call this "health" coaching, but what I really mean is working on all areas of your life. This includes but not limited to: nutrition, movement, career, finances, relationships, and community. I truly believe this is what health is all about.

How do I know if this is right for me?

This program is for you if you are committed to change and taking action towards your goals. I will be there with you, but it's up to you to do the work! If you often find yourself struggling with weight, low confidence, beliefs of not being good enough, and restricting food - this is the program for you. I will give you all the tools to take you from insecure to confident!

What is it like working with me?

So glad you asked! I have always had a passion for helping others and when I went through my own health struggles, I realized how important it is to feel good. My goal as a coach is to provide a safe space and confidentiality is my number one priority. I like to have fun and laugh but of course challenge my clients to put action towards their goals.
